Wood Wood Fall/Winter 2015 Is International

None

Wood Wood has dubbed its F/W 15 collection "Internationalism." I don't exactly know why and it isn't exactly explained or anything, but I see what it's going for. There's no overly specific global influence here, but it does focus on '70s style mixed with the sportier vibes that Wood Wood goes for on the regular. Everyone has been talking about '90s fashion coming back, but I couldn't care less if that actually happens. Listen, I experienced it firsthand as a child and it was fine then, but I don't want to dress like I already have in the past. I want to be able to dress like an era I wasn't alive for without it looking like a fucking cartoon. Does the brown suede overshirt make anyone else think of Charles Manson? I mean, it looks just like this shirt he wore. I am by no means condoning the writing of the "Charles Manson: Style Icon" t-piece, just simply pointing this shit out in case you were on the fence about copping. On the entirely other end of the spectrum, the knit sweater and shearling collar bomber look is very A.P.C. Obviously, you can see Wood Wood has a wide-ranging look on deck for next season. One could even say it's international. Holy shit, it all makes sense now.
