It's no secret that social media has made it roughly a billion times easier for parents to pimp out their children. The days of child actors have faded. We are now firmly into child social star territory and Racked has the story to prove it as they tagged along with one of the most "influential" toddler styler bloggers in the world. Wow, I cannot fucking believe that is a real, actual sentence I just typed. Between a solid Instagram following of 79,000 and a website that brings in about 100,00 pageviews a month, London Scout is apparently one of fashion's leading children. Photoshoots have to be quick because "we gotta get the shoot in before lunch and nap," says her mother. That makes sense. If my mom was parading me around in front of the camera, even at 25, I would throw a earth-shattering temper tantrum.

Between running the various accounts and platforms and hiring photographers, this shit has become a full-time job for London's parents. But they make more than enough money to support the situation, getting paid retainers by brands to be featured on their website and in photos, receiving commissions from shopping sites if readers buy items through their referral links and even get flown out by hotel companies to stay at their resorts and document their activities. This is truly on the level of dance moms and child actor parents who rip the paycheck and throw it in their own pockets for cocaine or something, so mad props to all the parents out here pimping their kids for every last like. For as little personality as WIWT bloggers have already, I'll take a young, naive child who's one 'gram away from irreparable emotional damage any day of the week.
