Chris Brown appeared in a Los Angeles court this Thursday to check in on his probation, an ongoing consequence of the Rihanna case. Apparently, Breezy showed up ready to sway the judge with the most powerful tool at his disposal—his swag—and wore a $425 Rick Owens shirt.
The Rick Owens shirt is a far cry from the more buttoned-up looks that Brown opted for when this case began all the way back in 2009. Musician's fashion choices for court has always been a point of interest, and while we initially supported the suited-and-booted look for Brown, we have to admit this looks a whole lot cooler. Unfortunately, if you were hoping to replicate the look, the shirt appears to be sold out.
In terms of Brown's case, his probation was revoked due to his presence at two nightclubs in the last six months where guns were fired. The singer will return to court on Mar. 20 to decide on whether or not he "willfully" violated his probation.
