“Since my childhood, drawing has always been a passion, but when I discovered photography, I thought that the combination of these two passions could afford to give free rein to my imagination,” said French artistSébastien Del Grosso. His latest series, dubbed “The Sketch of a Life,” does just that, fusing photography with illustration in a unique and entertaining way.
This humorous series features its creator in a starring role. He appears in every photograph, surrounded by imagery inspired by his own life struggles and experiences. It’s “like my sketches had given birth to reality,” the artist said.
