Founded in 2009 during the time when the heritage look was heavy in the streets, Isaora was able to carve a lane for itself with its v. futuristic technical designs. Five years later the brand has scaled back, pulled out of retailers, and now sells exclusively on its online shop. This is actually good news for consumers because prices are going to be far lower, but the product will remain as dope as ever. The freedom has also allowed the brand to produce even bolder styles.
Sure, there are a lot of outerwear brands out there that use high-tech performance fabrics, but how many of those brand have clean designs that would fit work both on the slopes and at a runway show? Isaora's fall/winter 2014 collection incorporates performance textiles with fabrics like lamé on items like its oversized parka. It also tries out new production methods like ‘ultrasonic wielding’ to make airtight seals at the seams the remain breathable. There are all sorts of next-level innovations, bringing the brand closer to its main goal of making clothes for the future. Check out what you can expect to drop in August above.
