After six years, ex-Disney star Zac Efron is letting his crib in Los Angeles go for very little over what he paid in 2008. The home was designed as a part of the "Case Study House" project by Rodney Walker in 1947. It has been heavily remodeled since then, but the 2,424 square foot pad is still an attractive little place to have some private time. The open layout and various gateways to the outside world make the house seem larger than it is, and the pool definitely helps. There are only two bedrooms, but there is space for six at the dinner table and lounging space for many more out on the deck, so Efron was probably into entertaining but not having guests overstay their welcome.
The actor recently battled his own demons in rehab, so he probably has some unsavory memories of this place and wants to leave them behind. You can live the old Efron-lifestyle if you have the $2.849 million that he is asking for the property.
