Norse Projects makes a ton of really nice basics, especially knitwear, but you already know this shit because Four Pins is the Bible. I particularly dig that this sweater is made with a basket weave. It doesn’t matter if you can't really identify a basket weave from, say, a regular weave at the trade shows. Just do what I do and make awkward jokes like, "Nice basket weave. I bet you white girls call it a basket extension." No one will laugh, but no one will know that you know as much about garment production as I do. That way they can’t be all, "Ugh, fuck all these bloggers and wannabes. This is work for me, not an excuse to peacock." But they will anyway because the whole point of trade shows and Pitti Uomos and Fashion Weeks is to stand around with your friends and take pictures of one another.
