Luxury bag and wallet brand Ghurka's line of goods match the aesthetic of their upcoming west coast flagship location almost exactly - all slick, brown, glossy surfaces with a leather-bound-books-and-rich-mahogany feel. The company, which already has two home bases in New York City, offers duffels, suitcases and backpacks that call for some kind of adventure, so it's only right that the first California store be decked out with images of travel and freedom.

The San Francisco store, located at 245 Post St., is slated to open on Tuesday, Dec. 10, but a few photos of the spot have been released ahead of the inaugural party next week - the benefits of which will go toward the San Francisco Zoological society. The 1,000 square-feet location in Union Square boasts a hand-painted mural of a military map - the company's name comes from the group of Gurkha soldiers in the colonial British army - and dark brown wooden cases that used to belong to bakeries.

The shop offers a full range of Ghurka's stuff, like this leather duffel or this backpack
