Today’s lesson in conservation comes from the Taiwan-based YStudio, in the form of reclaimed analog cameras. The design firm acquired a grip of old reflex and graflex cameras, gutted their aged inner workings, added new bases and structures to their worn forms, and set them alight. The results are gorgeous, both aged and modern at once. The cameras' new lives seem almost more functional than their original purposes.
