Following the opening of his highly-anticipated exhibition at the Philadelphia Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA) this month, KAWS will be heading back to New York City in November for the opening of a solo-exhibition at Galerie Perrotin entitled "PASS THE BLAME.” The paintings in the show feature his signature abstract designs and the canvases are silhouettes of pop culture characters like the Snoopy figure shown above, creating a unique blend of fine and pop art that KAWS is known for. The canvas becomes an extension of the art and adds yet another dimension to KAWS' rich and already dense imagery. The exhibition opens on November 2 in Manhattan and will show until December 21.
