Cell-phones cameras caught the scene the other night at the Philadelphia Museum of Art as a BMW roared (and struggled) down the stairs outside of the museum. Onlookers cheered as the driver slowly manuevered down each section of the stairs, paused on the landings to adjust his approach, and dared to take the last section in reverse. According to CBS Philly, a man has been taken in for questioning but the driver is still unknown. 

Hugh E. Dillon of PhillyChitChat captured the footage below and told Philly.com that the driver did victory laps around the halfway point and was "smiling broadly...he was very happy with himself." Police are viewing security footage find the person responsible:
