Although he even never lived there, Timbaland is selling his three-bedroom condo in Miami Beach for $5.5 million. The residence sits on the 24th floor of the Murano Grande at Portofino in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach, the epicenter of first class high-rise living.

For Timbaland, the condo may have been more of a headache than it was worth. In 2010, the building's condo association claimed that the music superstar owed $27,000 in unpaid maintenance fees—the Murano Grande was has monthly maintenance costs of $2,914—which Timbaland eventually paid and then spent an addition $2 million on renovations.

The Murano Grand was built in 2003, and Timbaland bought his condo in 2006 for $2.7 million. The residence has breathtaking views of the ocean as well as luxury details like Portuguese bush-hammered limestone columns and French limestone floors.

Timbaland's broker, Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman, told the Wall Street Journalthat the rapper has listed the condo because he "realized the demand for this size apartment fully renovated, and he would like to seize the opportunity."
