One new line from the Fall 2013 collection of Italian megabrand Hogan will be a collaboration with big-time stylist Katie Grand. Ind she's tapped photographer Daniel Jackson for the visual. Jackson has previously worked with the likes of Helmut Lang, Calvin Klein, Jil Sander and on countless magazine editorials. Grand has remarked that she "loves" Jackson's work on the project. Grand nabbed a cadre of upcoming and known faces for the look book, Cara Delevingne, Doutzen Kroes, Liya Kebede, Ondria Hardin, and Stephanie Seymour among them. Jackson shot the entire catalog and a short film around the collection.
Grand's designs for Hogan, her second collection in conjunction with the label, feature bright colors of zebra prints on shoes, sunglasses, iPad cases, bags, and more. These more than resemble a Patricia Field piece or two in the way they play with kitsch and don't shy away from the unconventional. Jackson seems to have a way of pulling the model's personality out while blending the collection seamlessly into the photograph.
