South African artist Freddy Sam helped a group of kids in Philadelphia paint a mural at the art collective 161 West. Entitled Together moving mountains, the mural was created as a part of the City of Philadephia Mural Arts Program the day after the artist appeared as a guest teacher in the kids' classroom and helped them create geometric patterns to incorporate into the design.

Freddy Sam is also participating in the Living Walls conference in Atlanta. For more of his work visit http://www.freddysam.com/ and for more photos of this mural in Philly, check out the Mural Arts site.
