Chris Brown's neighbors aren't happy. His neighbors filed complaints with Councilman Tom LaBonge because he tagged walls outside of his Hollywood Hills home with grinning monster faces. The 24-year-old has used his street art skills to raise money for charity in the past but his neighbors see it as a nuisance. Apparently Brown has been issued an order to get rid of the graffiti or pay a fine. Scott Levin, who is a a representative from Councilman LaBonge's administration, said to Huffington Post, "The City of Los Angeles has a sign ordinance that prohibits murals on single-family homes. This is standard practice."
