Re-purposing materials doesn't seem to be going out of style anytime soon, and American artist Eli Craven is one of a few artists doing it well. Using film stills from a photo book, Craven used images of iconic movie couples and manipulated them in an abstract way, communicating the romanticism and sexuality originally communicated through the films. Craven says, "As I looked through them, I really wanted to see them come together, touch lips, make love, whatever comes next, so I started folding them into one another."
