Designers Hao Tian,Huang Haiyang, and Shi Jianwei have created the "PH conditioner skyscraper," which looks like a jellyfish and is built to reduce air pollution by managing the negative effects of acid deposition. What sets this invention apart from others that have tried to do the same is its ability to turn pollutants into reclaimed water and chemical fertilizer. Incredible, right? Instead of trying to eliminate pollution, they're trying to reuse it.

People are clearly beginning to notice, because it just got honorable mention in this year's eVolo skyscraper competition. Hopefully their reach will expand beyond Europe in the coming years.
