Nicki Minaj took time out of her busy schedule to grace the cover of Elle Magazine's April issue. She doesn't have on a gigantic wig or a lot of makeup, which is pretty surprising. Thomas Whiteside photographed Minaj for the revealing spread. The photos are simple and beautiful, show another side of the MC.
She spoke about her transformation for the shoot: “When I saw myself with barely any makeup [on], it was such a… like, I’m so, so attached to my pink lipstick, it’s hard. I feel that it’s become a part of me…It was scary! So this photo shoot was a real accomplishment in my eyes.”
