Whitepod is a unique project that combines the idea of camping with luxury hotels. The eco-friendly resort, built on the Alps just an hour away from Switzerland's Geneva airport, consists of 15 "pods" designed to house two guests each. With a wooden chalet at its center, members of the camp are given a communal space for gathering where breakfast or drinks can be enjoyed. Each pod takes the form of a carefully crafted geodesic dome, and is elevated by a wooden platform for insulation and separation from the snow. Furnishings include organic bedding and wood-burning stoves, and each unit has its unique decor. Through large windows, guests can enjoy stunning views of the Alps while feeling like they're in the snow (but without getting cold).
