Moment Design Creates Interactive Interiors for Issey Miyake Store in Shinjuku

It gets trippy.

Interactivity in clothing stores is a revolutionary way to be memorable and make customers feel like they're a part of your movement. Designer Issey Miyake is no stranger to creating one-of-a-kind experiences through his clothing and accessories, and it makes sense that his brand would call on Moment Design to make an interactive experience for the Shinjuku, Tokyo store. The interiors reflect the bag on display, the Bilbao, which uses repeated triangular pieces to create geometric illusions. Moment used a monochromatic color scheme to offset the colors of the bags, in addition to benches instead of hangars.

Effiency and simplicity are often the pillars of great design, and Moment gets it.
