It's pretty rare that one of the greats—in any field—decides to impart the lessons they've learned to the next generation of creatives, especially in such a forthcoming manner. Hip-hop's premier photographer Jonathan Mannion is taking to new learning platform Skillshare to do just that.

Beginning January 22, he'll lead a free portrait photography class that includes lectures, live-streamed office hours, curated resources, and his own critiques via discussion boards. Whether you aspire to shoot musicians or not, the classes are an invaluable resource for photographers.
