German photographer Carsten Witte's Fractal NYC series reminds us that there's more to every structure than what we see on first glance. His close-up angles and attention to light and reflection show New York City's skyscrapers in a whole new way, revealing patterns and shapes that remove his pieces from just cityscapes and buildings. The work is clearly a labor of love, as some are taken from dramatic heights and require a lot of energy to complete this well. Check out more of his work on his website.
