If you're one of those people who's still trying to figure out who Arcade Fire is, let us remind you that they are an indie rock band from Montreal, Canada that somewhat made it into the mainstream with their album The Suburbs. The LP won a Grammy for album of the year in 2011, surprising some and exciting others.

In any case, it's 2013, and the 162-year-old church Arcade Fire bought for $200,000 in 2006 (to record both Neon Bible and The Suburbs) is now for sale. The band tweeted this real estate link to their fans and any interested parties, which reveals a price tag of $325,000.

In the words of the band, "It's important to have a place in a music scene that's kind of a world-class studio where people can record, because if you don't document it, then nobody will ever hear it." Whether the new buyer decides to keep the space artistic or not, it will certainly have its own sentimental value for years to come.
