In Tokyo, designer Takeshi Sawada has drawn inspiration from an unlikely source for furniture: Disney's famous Bambi. Running through November 5, Tokyo Design week has over 40 international designers presenting fresh ideas to the Asian market. Takeshi's celebration of the deer—with flecked fur seat, faux-hooves, and antler back-rest—has been produced for Karmina&C. You wouldn't be wrote to call the stool "cute."
