Worst: Robin (Batman 60s series, New Adventures of Batman)

Robin's costume has been the butt of many jokes over the years, and for good reason. His '60s getup in both live-action and cartoon is simply egregious. What is he wearing (if anything) under that shirt-blouse? Speedo? Briefs?? Bare legs and ballet shoes are the absolute last thing one should wear when trying to instill fear in the hearts of evil-doers.
