Located in Suginami, Tokyo, the "NE apartment" is an 8-unit building designed with motorcycle enthusiasts in mind. Each apartment has a personal garage at the front door and is comprised of three floors. The look is stark, not totally unlike a prison, but the beauty is in the curves rather than the fittings. Structurally, the buildings lines are prepared to make turns easy and the spaces appear larger.
