Champion of the absurd, Casey Weldon opens solo show in Santa Monica.

Casey Weldon, an artist who has figured regularly in Gallery1988 theme shows, will open a solo exhibition on December 8, 2011 in Venice. His work has an awesome sense of the absurd. For example, radioactive toy soldiers often appear out of the garments of his portrait subjects.
The show will run through December 22, 2011.
