Well Played: 2D Photography's Amazing "Rube Goldberg" Photo Snapping Machine

You have never in your life taken a picture like this. We promise you. Craaaaaze.

 When you were a kid, probably lined up a bunch of dominoes or blocks, and when you pushed one, they all came tumbling down. Well, this is like that, but on genius-laced steroids. The creative minds at 2D Photography spent months concocting and then constructing the Rube Goldberg Machine, a system of pulleys and leveys producing causes and effects with a fairly simple ultimate goal: to snap a picture. Why go through all the trouble for something you could easily yourself? Because it's f***ing cooler this way, that's why. The machine is named after the American Cartoonist Rube Goldberg, who was famous for inventing complex gadgets to perform simple tasks.
