Paris Fashion Week opened up with a bang. This morning the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2012 collection was presented, and it looks like the hiring of new designer Kim Jones was just the change the brand needed for its menswear. Inspired by Jonses' travels to Africa, the entire collection was very approachable, with a touch of relaxed luxury. There was no shortage of tailored blazers, varsity jackets, and tailored shorts. The models rocked some ornate sandals with every look, adding even more to the African experience (these are for the runway, not reality fellas). Louis Vuitton showed that you can look expensive and comfortable at the same time.
