Joining the apparel and sneaker collab steez like Nike, long-time classic American workwear brand, Dickies and lifestyle footwear brand Converse is debuting it's first collaboration in the form of the timeless Chuck Taylor All Star sneaker laced with Dickie's signature twill. The black, navy, red and khaki twill will be available at academy.com, zappos.com, shoes.com and converse.com for $50-$60 per pair this week. The classic boot version will be available in black and khaki twill in the beginning of March.

first product collaboration for spring 2011. Combining the simple, classic
styling of both iconic American heritage brands, the new collection will
feature the signature Dickies twill on the Chuck Taylor All Star shoe as well
as the introduction of the new Chuck Taylor All Star Classic Boot – a new
design inspired by classic work boots featuring mock toe detailing and a classic Chuck
midsole and outsole.
