As we told you yesterday after he made his second appearance on ESPN First Take in less than a week, it’s time for LaVar Ball to disappear for awhile. He’s made enough headlines through the first three months of the year to last him a lifetime. And while we fully expect him to be back in the news early and often once the NBA Draft process starts for his son Lonzo later this spring, it wouldn’t kill him to tone down his act and take a break. The world could benefit from just a little bit less LaVar right now.

And even if LaVar does take our advice and step out of the spotlight, he doesn’t have to worry about disappearing completely. That’s because, during his ESPN First Take appearance, he made an entrance that the internet will not soon forget. While seemingly channeling his inner Vince McMahon, LaVar sauntered onto the First Take stage as only he can:

Plenty of people rolled their eyes after seeing LaVar upstage his son with his over-the-top First Take introduction. But of course, it didn’t take long for those on social media to take a clip of LaVar and run with it. In the 24 hours since the Balls appeared on First Take, Twitter has turned the clip into a meme and, well, let’s just say that it looks like a meme that’s  here to stay. It could even replace the McMahon meme that appears to have inspired it:

Something tells us you’re going to be seeing a lot of the meme in the coming days, months, and maybe even years. But if you’ve somehow missed it up until now, take a look at what social media has done with it thus far below:

It’s LaVar Ball’s world now, and we’re all just living in it.
