Kobe Bryant doesn't have the hops he used to, something that's been evident for the past several seasons but was especially evident during a block attempt last night that barely rose to the shoulders of the Pelicans' Ryan Anderson.
Still, if there's one thing Mamba's 37-year-old body/gravity can't take away from him, it's his no fear attitude towards putting up shots during crunch time. He did it yet again yesterday, nailing a three-pointer as the game entered its final minute:
Mamba's trey essentially sealed the contest and, more importantly, brought the Lakers within 30 games of .500! Keeping them from clinching a losing record, at least, until whenever their next game is.
