If the Denver Broncos want to play in Super Bowl 50, they need to, first and foremost, find a way to stop Tom Brady in tomorrow's AFC Championship Game. But, how can they do that?

Utilize their front four to put pressure on Brady and make him feel uneasy in the pocket? That's a possibility. Try bracketing his favorite options, like Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski, in pass coverage and force the Patriots star quarterback to throw to other players, like Brandon LaFell or Danny Amendola? Maybe. Or, they could do what ESPN's Danny Kanell suggested on his radio show with Ryen Russillo

“I didn’t even think about this until just now. I think they have to have two personal foul calls, like 15-yarders against Brady. Like, they’ve been talking about him crying, I almost feel like this is the type of game where you have to send a message like in the first and second quarter, the first half, hit him a couple of times where it’s a little past the whistle. Like, let him know you’re around. Get those knock downs, get those hits on him, make him aware that you’re coming after him.”

Okay, okay. Give Brady a high five if you agree with Kanell's suggestion.

Whether you love Brady or hate him, hitting a quarterback or any player for that matter is a completely idiotic approach. There's no other way around it. Don't do this Von Miller, DeMarcus Ware or anyone else on the Broncos roster... unless you want to immediately ejected from the game.
