Yesterday afternoon, after seeing Lamar Odom described as a “Kardashian reality star” one too many times, Bun B took to Twitter to call out some members of the media—and specifically, Nancy Grace—for treating Odom like a pawn in a reality series as opposed to a former NBA star and, hell, aperson. He posted this tweet referring to these media members as “vultures”:

Word? A Kardashian reality star? Fuck his NBA career right Nancy Grace? He has a goddamn name. Lamar Odom. Vultures pic.twitter.com/qp8QrBXsQN

ESPN anchor Scott Van Pelt saw Bun B’s tweet, and he addressed it during his “One Big Thing” segment on SportsCenter last night. He agreed with the sentiment Bun B shared and also sought to put the sad Odom situation into perspective. You can watch his take in the clip below.
