Jeffory Leonard Mock Jr.'s last name isn't "Sherman," "Harvin," or "Okung." Those last names belong to guys who play for or used to play for the Seahawks. But between March 2013 and May 2014, Mock Jr. allegedly used those names—as well as names belonging to other NFL players—to obtain a large amount of prescription drugs illegally. And as a result of it, he's now facing 12 felony charges in Spokane Valley, Wash.

According to KXLY, Mock Jr. visited eight hospitals and 17 urgent care clinics between the dates listed above and claimed to have suffered some sort of injury at work. He identified himself using a first name that began with the letter J and a last name that belonged to an NFL player and was able to score Valium, hydrocodone, and hydromorphone by doing it. But eventually, a worker at one of the clinics suspected that he wasn't really hurt and called the Washington Department of Labor and Industries to report him.

"Each time, he claimed to have been hurt on the job," the Washington Attorney General said in a press release issued on Tuesday. "Usually, [he claimed to have] injured his back and buttocks while working for a moving, roofing, or interior design company or retirement home…Among the last names of football players and coaches he's accused of using: Harvin, Largent, Sherman, Mora, Richardson, Hollenbeck, Robinson, Okung, Marino, Bledsoe, and Henderson. He also used the surnames of stars from other sports: Malone, Langston, and Duckworth."

Nice move switching up sports on them! But c'mon, man. You didn't really think this was going to work forever, did you? By the time you got around to referencing Joey Hollenbeck, you should have known this plan was doomed.
