UFC champion Chris Weidman can add another ribbon to his ever-growing list of personal accolades: World's Greatest Neighbor.

The Daily News reports that Weidman saved an elderly neighbor after the woman split her head open on a table last week, an injury that required nine staples. Unable to reach her daughter for help, the woman walked outside of her home and began screaming. That's when her neighbor, an undefeated MMA fighter, came to the rescue.

After calling a "cop buddy" and securing an ambulance, Weidman treated his neighbors injuries on the scene with a towel. And, after his neighbor was taken away on an ambulance, Weidman stuck around to clean puddles of blood off of the woman's garage floor.

Weidman's neighbor, who's reportedly feeling "fine" and recovering from her injuries, told the Daily News, "I want to thank him because he saved my life. He is really a champion. Believe me... That young man is the nicest person I ever met."
