Panthers defensive end Frank Alexander just got done serving a four-game suspension that was given to him by the NFL after he violated the league's substance abuse policy. So right now, he should be gearing up for Carolina's game against the Bears on Sunday. But unfortunately, he isn't because the NFL just suspended him again for—you guessed it—violating the league's substance abuse policy!

Alexander literally just returned to the Panthers on Monday and was preparing to get back to work. But the NFL just announced that, effective immediately, he will be suspended for the next 10 games. He won't be eligible to return to the Panthers' lineup until after Week 15 of the NFL season following Carolina's game against the Buccaneers. And meanwhile, the Panthers pass rush has struggled—and will likely continue to struggle—without him.

When will these NFL players learn? SMH.
