Three College Wrestlers Die in Plane Crash

Three college wrestlers for Case Western Reserve University died in a one-plane crash shortly after take-off on Monday.

In a very sad story out of Cuyahoga County (near Cleveland), Ohio, three varsity wrestlers and their pilot died in a fiery plane wreck that occurred shortly after the plane took off yesterday. All four people onboard were students at Case Western Reserve University. The wrestlers were 20-year-old Lucas Marcelli, and 18-year-olds John Hill and Abraham Pishevar. The pilot was 20-year-old William Felten.

According to Marcelli's father, the four students were planning on doing a site-seeing trip around the Cleveland area in a single-engine Cessna 172R. People who witnessed the plane said that they could hear the engine "struggle" and then saw "a ball of light" as it appeared to be trying to return to the airport. When nearby patrons ran to the scene they saw the four passengers stuck inside and as they approached it exploded.

As of now it's unclear what caused the crash.
