If you're a fan of any other Eastern Conference team besides the Miami Heat, go into your medicine cabinet, take out a packet of Alka-Seltzer and sit down because what we're about to tell you is going to make you sick to your stomach. Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix is reporting that LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh andCarmelo Anthony have "at least kicked around the idea of playing together." Meanwhile, Miami officials and front office personnel have already started mulling over their options when it comes to creating enough financial flexibility to make this dream scenario (a nightmare for everyone else) a possible.

Multiple sources have maintained that LeBron is very intrigued at the prospect of playing alongside Anthony. While Sam Amick of USA TODAY Sports adds that LeBron's interest stems from the state of Wade's knees.

LeBron always liked idea of playing w/ Carmelo, but the idea that he could lessen load that's heavier because of Wade's knee program is key

Of course, in order to make this Heat Big 4 thing possible, there will need to be pay cuts. LeBron, who recently earned a cool $30 million through his stake in Beats by Dre after the company was acquired by Apple, can definitely make up any revenue lost from a smaller contract. So, don't rule out anything just yet. It's going to be a hot summer.
