Take a trip down memory lane as we share a crazy moment at the podium, an amazing posterization, an absolute on-court fail or a memorable shooting performance from the postseason of the National Basketball Association in This Day in NBA Playoffs History.

In his first NBA Finals appearance since the formation of the Miami Heat Big 3 which included Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, LeBron James fell short once again at getting his hands on the Larry O'Brien trophy, losing to the Dallas Mavericks in six games. Throughout the season and especially in the Finals, LeBron felt the hate from basketball fans, who didn't want The King to get a title.

In 2011, they got their wish and in the press conference right after getting eliminated, one reporter asked 'Bron what he thought about the people who were happy to see him fail. His response: "At the end of the day they gotta wake up tomorrow and have the same life that they had today. They got the same personal problems that they had today...They gotta get back to the real world at some point."

Ouch. Truth hurts, don't it?
