Yesterday, during their afternoon game at PNC Park, as the Cincinnati Reds did battle with the Pittsburgh Pirates a drunken Buccos fan went Randy Quaidon Reds second baseman Brandon Phillips in a stadium that almost emptied out after a rain delay. As anyone in a nigh-deserted stadium knows, individual agitators can get loud. Phillips' response was this ball with a very, uh, personal message:

#PRICELESS RT @vandalworldwide: @DatDudeBP my bro was the drunk dude heckling u that u signed a ball & took a pic wit pic.twitter.com/8lyfBxas2K

Then the man took a pic.

@DatDudeBP Thanks for the ball last night. I don't really think you're slow but Votto definitely has wide hips. pic.twitter.com/XAD1YK8RdG

This type of consumer relations brings a tear to the eye of any fan/little kid of the pastime who's been blown off by a big leaguer with an eyeroll and a tobacco spit *has painful flashback to being six years old at Comiskey Park*.

If only *name redacted* was like you BP.
