US Airways has been having a rough patch on Twitter recently. Just days ago, this very NSFW picture went viral over the company’s Twitter feed, and now the airline faces another big PR stumbling block – very angry luggage deliverymen.

Julie Anne Mossler has been receiving threatening text messages from a U.S. Airways baggage person following a recent cross-country flight. She made her connecting flights but her bags didn’t. A deliveryman was tasked to remedy the issue upon her arrival. It hasn’t gone so well.

Mossler received this text message from the delivery person. She’s taken the dispute very publicly on Twitter.

.@USAirways He's now threatening to meet me in person and he knows where I work. This needs to stop. IMMEDIATELY. pic.twitter.com/4CbyqkBkHl

The deliveryman kept on harassing her.

@Usairways I just ANOTHER text from him and no call from you yet. What is it going to take?

Mossler got her bags, but the deliveryman got the ‘ol slap on the wrist.

Disappointed to share I've been assured by voicemail the guy "had his phone taken away" but no contact from US Airways CS team as promised.
