UConn's Shabazz Napier Reveals There Are Some Nights Where He Goes to Bed Starving (Video)

In response to reports to athletes at Northwestern creating a union, UConn's Shabazz Napier revealed something personal about his collegiate experience.

It's nearly the end of the road for UConn senior Shabazz Napier. After tonight's National Championship Game against the Kentucky Wildcats in Dallas, the 2014 Bob Cousy Point Guard of the Year Award recipient will be done with the Huskies and begin focusing on continuing his career in NBA or possibly elsewhere. Regardless of where he does end up, Napier will hopefully no longer know what it feels like to go to bed some nights starving.

While discussing the Northwestern players who have banded together to create a union which could result in collegiate athletes getting paid, Napier spoke candidly about his own personal experience with the rules already in place. Hit the play button to find out what he had to say.
