Former NBA player Larry Hughes spent most of today speaking with police in New York City after a woman accused him of raping her at the Trump SoHo Hotel very early this morning.

Hughes has not been charged with a crime at this time. But according to the New York Daily News, Hughes and a 22-year-old woman left the nightclub Greenhouse at around 4 a.m. this morning and went back to the Trump SoHo Hotel. A surveillance camera that captured the pair entering the hotel shows that Hughes did not appear to be forcing the woman to accompany him. However, the woman reportedly left the hotel a short time later and made her way to the New York-Presbyterian Hospital with a friend and told the staff there that she had been raped. The police were then called and they went back to the hotel to speak with Hughes, who was led away from the scene in handcuffs after he refused to leave with cops. And today, he was reportedly questioned at length about the incident that allegedly took place before eventually being released.

Again, no charges have been filed against Hughes as of right now. But we'll be sure to keep you updated when more details become available.
