There's nothing like a perfectly landed right to your cheek to ruin you night like it did for Urijah Faber (30-6). He lost in a first-round knockout to Renan Barao (32-1) thanks in part to this punch todefend his bantamweight title at UFC 169. Give Faber some credit though. He did get knocked out but not knocked out in a losing consciousness sort of way. He was defending himself when the referee called the fight. Having your head not knocked off is somewhat of an achievement, right?
