Hey, Jets fans, are you excited about Geno Smith or what? Yeah, right? He looked good last night against the Falcons. So good that he looked like the second coming of Mark Sanchez!
Uh, wait, what? You guys aren't excited to hear that? Well, don't blame us. Blame the New York Daily News, who, for whatever reason, decided to celebrate the Jets win last night by recycling the same exact "A STAR IS BORN" headline that they used when Mark Sanchez won his first game back in 2009. Why in the world do they choose that headline? We honestly can't come up with a single good reason for why they did it. But they did!
So, Jets fans, are you worried about Geno Smith now or what? Yeah, right?
