We're used to hearing about crazy fans at football and baseball games. But golf tournaments? Golf tournaments? Apparently, those aren't as safe as they used to be, either.

On Monday afternoon, a man was arrested at the BMW Championship in Chicago after he attempted to sneak a concealed weapon into the event. Fortunately, he was caught before he was able to enter the BMW Championship, which was later won by Zach Johnson. But what in the world was he doing with a gun on him in the first place?! It's a question police are trying to answer right now—and it's the reason that the 48-year-old man is likely going to face felony charges for attempting to bring the gun into the golf event.

So crazy.
