You may not be all that familiar with Brek Shea, but today, the 23-year-old Texan is a hero. He gave the USA men's national soccer team its only goal against Panama to give the country its first CONCACAF Gold Cup since 2007.

Team USA couldn't find its way past Panama's defense until the game's 69th minute. Shea subbed in for Joe Corona, and after seeing a little over one minute of action he poked the ball pass the goal line with a timely assist from Landon Donovan. That would be the game's last goal as Team USA won 1-0.

This victory continues Team USA's winning streak to a record 11 victories. Is this national squad for real? We'll see, but if anything, this victory makes up for this disgraceof a field for the semifinals.
