If Aaron Hernandez is thinking about trying to get married to his fiancée Shayanna Jenkins before his murder trial begins in order to protect her from having to testify, he better think again. According to Bristol County Sheriff Thomas M. Hodgson, the former NFL tight end will not be permitted to get married while he's behind bars.

"I don't subscribe to that," he said late yesterday. "I feel that those rights are things that you access on the outside, if you're a good citizen. We'll do everything we can to not have that happen."

Technically, Hodgson doesn't have the final say in the matter. So there are some legal steps Hernandez could take to try and get the marriage to take place. But as of right now, it doesn't appear as though Hernandez will be getting married anytime soon.
