Carmelo Anthony is Bringing Extra Security for Tonight's Game in Boston

Just in case things get testy.

If you watch sports you're already aware that Boston fans have zero fucks to give. That's why Carmelo Anthony will be accompanied by a personal bodyguard before and after tonight's game versus the Boston Celtics at the TD Garden. The last time these teams met the night ended with Melo waiting for Kevin Garnett by the team buses. He was suspended one game for his "actions" and is currently trying to get the $176,000 he lost based on the suspension being excessive.

The New York Knicks already employ a two-man security detail to be with the team at all times. With this being a nationally televised game and it being the first game since "Honey Nut Cheerio Gate", expect the Boston crowd to be extra rowdy.

Tune in tonight at 8:00 PM on TNT.
